
In 1962, thanks to Charles Marshall, Texas Bar-B-Q was about to make history in the Dallas area. Charles opened his first location in downtown Dallas, which began his mark on the restaurant industry. He and his wife, Delores, had their hands full with a booming business. People were lining the Dallas area restaurant to taste his mouth watering brisket and homemade sides. He used only the best of ingredients and his attention to details still anchors his restaurants today. Marshall’s Bar-B-Q has two restaurant locations in the Carrollton and the Farmers Branch area. The family owned restaurant is still operated with the same care and ideals that Charles set forth more than 45 years ago. Marshall’s has become one of the top Catering companies in the DFW area. They bring their Texas Bar-B-Q to over 1,000 events each year. |
