fresh Pico de Gallo, black olives, shredded cheddar cheese,
tortilla crisps served with sour cream & salsa.

Chef Salad
Mixture of romaine and iceberg lettuce, smoked ham and turkey,
chopped boiled eggs, shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes,
croutons served with ranch and Italian dressings.

Smoked Spuds Buffet
A 1lb baked potato served with chopped beef and turkey, BBQ sauce,
